We have considered the exact problem of our area since it is a backward area and so we have set our aims for the development of our area by importing training in a true sense. It means that innless our students are well prepared to meet the challenges of today; they won’t be able to address the problems of tomorrow. We guide our students through different mediums to gain knowledge, information and its application. Due to these efforts we are getting sound university results.
In today’s world, education has achieved an unprecedented level of progress, thereof are we should focus a tangible outcomes. Quality has priority our quantity, so we should complete and succeed in a fast moving world.Our ultimate goal should be to think creatively critically and logically so as to overcome the challenges of the future.

7-day employment and skill development training launched at J & R B. Ed. College

J. & R College of Education Dahod, a joint initiative of SSIP and CWDC Department of Mahendra Pride Classroom, formally launched seven-day training on employment-oriented skill development and women empowerment for the students studying in the college. In which this training will be given from 11 August to 20 August 2025 under the guidance of Nigam Shah, trainer of Nandi Foundation. In today's training inauguration program, the Principal of the college and Convener of CWDC, Dr. N R Patel, gave a relevant address that in addition to the training of the students of the training college, this training program has been organized to develop various personality development skills such as emotional intelligence, professional grooming, English speaking, body language, digital identity, model of mode, collaboration skills, problem solving which will help us increase our efficiency in the coming future. SSIP Student Start Aap Innovation Program Coordinator Shrotriya Maulikbhai and IQAC Coordinator Dr. Manish H Sevak Saheb extended their greetings. Other faculty members were present in this program and the entire program was conducted by Ashwinbhai S Baria.

A motivation awareness program was organized for women trainees under the College Women Development Cell (CWDC) of J&R College of Education.

At J & R College of Education Dahod on 07-08-2025, a motivational awareness program on Skill Development and Goal Setting was organized under CWDC in collaboration with Nandi Foundational, Pune. In which, in the presence of CWDC Coordinator and Principal Dr. N. R. Patel and member Smt. D. S. Deshpande, Nandi Foundation Training Expert Su Shri Devuba Bhagal gave special insight into some components related to goal setting, communication skills and personality development for the skill development of female trainees and encouraged the students.

INDUCTION & ORIENTATION PROGRAM FOR NEW STUDENTS 2025

Induction & Orientation Program for new students -2025 of B.Ed trainees was held at J & R College of Education, Dahod, conducted by Dahod Anaj MahajanSarvajanik Education Society on 31-07-2025. In this program, Dr. Lavindrabhai Labana, Head of Hindi Dept., Central University, Vadodara, Gujarat was present as the special guest of the college. The newly arrived students were introduced to the institution and the college and all the employees working in the college were introduced and brief information was given about the entire B.Ed program and the activities, academic, co-curricular and social activities carried out during the year under the orientation program of NSS. The chief guest of the program was Shri. Prof. Lavindrabhai Labana guided the students about what challenges and opportunities there are in the career of a teacher and what is the role of teachers in the development of the country. He guided them about that and also guided them to join the course of the Central University for a higher career in the future. On this occasion, the Principal of the college Dr. Narmadaben Patel and all the teachers were present.
